Final Summer 2011 Tier List

So here is the final Summer 2011 Tier List. This summer was really a odd one where none of the new shows turned out to be all that good, leaving many shows that carried over from previous season to carry the weight. Nevertheless, we did manage to have another few shows hit the record book.

Without further ado, here is the final list. [+/- #] next to the name of a series means how much the series has moved from its initial spot when the season/list first began. To be fair for shows that ended this season, shows continuing on and through the summer season will be limited to their 12th or 13th episode (except Suite Precure because of its different airing pattern). Note that this list does not include Gintama 2011, Natsume Yuujinchou San, Inazuma Eleven Go, Danbooru Senki, Duel Masters Victory, Pokemon Best Wishes, Metal Fight Beyblade 4D, and Jewelpet Sunshine as I have not seen these shows.

Note: While Fairy Tail will not be concluding this season, the end of this season marks the its second year run and will thus no longer be listed on future tier lists except for when it ends.

"God" Tier - The so-called "must watch" titles. These titles define a genius piece of work.
1) Steins;Gate [+0]
2) Mawaru Penguindrum [+4]

"A" Tier - Yes, there is an A tier after a god tier. These are also "must watch" titles, but differ from those in the tier above in that they lack a certain "something," whether it be a convincing plot, lackluster animation, or simply not as enjoyable.
3) Hanasaku Iroha [-1]
4) Tiger & Bunny [+5]
5) Nurarihyon no Mago: Sennen Makyou [+6]
6) Fairy Tail [+2]
7) Usagi Drop [-3]
8) Kaiji Season 2 [+2]
9) Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! [-3]

"B" Tier - Material that shows potential. Shows that have a decent premise and a solid staff, but generally lacks direction or takes too long to develop a proper premise.
10) Mayo Chiki! [+6]
11) Ikoku Meiro no Croisee [+3]
12) Kami-sama no Memo-chou [-9]
13) Kami-sama Dolls [+13]
14) Yuru Yuri [+13]
15) Ro-Kyu-Bu! [+10]

"C" Tier - Here is where things begin to become questionable. Whether it's the staff backing it or simply an obvious lack of effort put into making it, the shows here clearly are out of the league of A and God tiers.
16) Nichijou [-4]
17) Dantalian no Shoka [-12]
18) Suite Precure! [+1]
19) Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist) [+2]
20) Itsuka Tenma no Kuro-Usagi [-5]
21) Toriko [+1]
22) Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL [+7]
23) Sacred Seven [-7]
24) Nekogami Yaoyorozu! [-4]
25) No.6 [-12]

"D" Tier - Shows that are nearly unwatchable. Normally these are shows that the average person would drop upon seeing 1 or 2 episodes.
26) Digimon Xros Wars: The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms [+2]
27) The iDOLM@STER [+4]
28) Cardfight Vanguard!! [+5]
29) Beelzebub [+1]

"E" Tier - The tier of questionable existence. Basically, as the previous sentence implies, should these shows even be around? The average person would avoid these shows but at best try the first episode or two.
30) Sket Dance [+2]
31) Blade [-7]
32) Blood-C [-14]
33) Morita-san wa Mukuchi [+0]
34) Nyanpire [+0]
35) Hyouge Mono [-12]

"F" Tier - As the tier name implies, this tier is made of failure series. Series that guaranteed should not exist. These are shows that the average viewer expect to be bad and the actual result is within that expectation.
36) Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000% [+0]
37) R-15 [+0]
38) Pretty Rhythm: Aurora Dream [+1]
39) Double-J [-1]
40) Manyuu Hikenchou [+0]
41) Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel: Kyun Kyun Tokimeki Paradise!! [+0]
